What We Deliver

Full-Spectrum Design Engineering

FTS provides Basic Engineering, FEED and Detail Engineering across mechanical, structural, civil, piping, and electrical disciplines. We produce 3D intelligent plant models using Autodesk Plant 3D, PDMS, SolidWorks, Inventor and TEKLA — giving clients clash-free, fully-coordinated design packages from day one.

Every project is delivered to IFC standard with complete MRQs, inspection/test plans, fabrication drawings and Bills of Material — so procurement, fabrication and construction can proceed without gaps.

FEM-based static, dynamic and seismic analysis using STAAD Pro and ETABS, code-compliant to IS, AISC and Eurocode standards.

Piping Engineering

Piping class specifications, isometric drawings, stress analysis, support design, and MTO generation — fully coordinated with civil, structural and electrical disciplines.

BOM Preparation

Complete Bill of Materials, fabrication packages, inspection and test plans, and as-built documentation handover packages to IFC standard.
