R. Banerjee
Founder of FTS Engineers Group with over 25 years in heavy industry engineering. Steered FTS from a Kolkata-based consultancy to an international multi-discipline engineering firm serving clients across 15 countries. Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University.
S. Chakraborty
Three decades of hands-on project engineering experience spanning steel plants, cement, and power sectors. Oversees all technical quality, engineering standards, and delivery methodology across FTS's service lines. Champion of the firm's digital engineering transformation.
A. Dasgupta
Leads FTS's growth strategy and international market expansion with a focus on Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Brings deep relationships with major industrial clients and EPC contractors developed over 20 years in the engineering procurement sector.

P. Mukherjee
Leads FTS's mechanical engineering discipline including equipment design, bulk material handling systems, process mechanical, and 3D modelling. Expert in SolidWorks and Inventor with extensive conveyor and plant equipment design experience.
K. Sharma
Responsible for FTS's electrical engineering capability from LT motor control to 230kV substation design. Holds specialist expertise in protection and control systems, SCADA integration, and power system studies using ETAP.
T. Ghosh
Oversees all structural and civil engineering outputs including TEKLA structural models, STAAD Pro analysis, foundation design, and BOQ preparation. Experienced in heavy industrial building structures, crane girders, and blast furnace structural systems.
N. Roy
Leads FTS's project management and consultancy practice including FEED studies, project controls, vendor inspection, and site supervision services. Certified Project Management Professional with experience in international project execution.
